Recall of SL-500A computer power supply, item no. 88882009
During testing of the power supplies in this series, defects were discovered that affect the safety of the power supply.
The safety distance between primary and secondary lines in the installed transformers
and the quality of the installed Y capacitors do not comply with EU specifications.
This means that the possibility of electric shock when using the power supply cannot be ruled out.
The following batches, which were sold between May 21, 2025, and February 3, 2026, are affected:

CQ20092510xxxxx
The batch number is part of the serial number and is printed on both the power supply unit and its packaging.
Below is an example of the batch number CQ20092505xxxx:
The affected power supplies can be replaced free of charge directly through Inter-Tech Elektronik Handels GmbH.
